Originally from Brazil, Alex Santos has been a dentist in New Zealand for more than ten years. He is a General Dentist that enjoys all aspects of dentistry with special interests in Endodontics (root canal treatment), smile makeovers and reconstructive dentistry.
His passion for precision and quality led to the use of a Zeiss Dental Microscope to perform all treatments, which allows excellent delivery of care and peace of mind for both him and the patient, who can watch what is happening live on a 4K screen. Alex understands that not all patients share his love of dentistry and would prefer to watch something else so a wide selection of movies and series are also available.

As part of his interest in Cosmetic Dentistry Alex also applies Botox to help create the best frame for a smile.

In his spare time Alex likes to read, go to the beach and exercise outdoors – you might bump into him struggling up Mount Maunganui.
